worn out after one yr! May 28, 2011

this was my first 'designer' bag...the most expensive bag i ever bought.
after one year, there is a hole in it! and the leather is really thin and worn in many places. the strap has really stretched out as well.
i don't stuff it .. just the usual, wallet, cell phone, sunglasses ...
i will take it back to botkier to see if they'll do anything about it but it is very disappointing, unexpected given their (prior) reputation.
