 Great deal on Vera Bradley! Jun 14, 2009
This is a large tote/purse in the Cambridge pattern. I believe this pattern is being retired. Everywhere else I looked, this bag was priced much higher, so this was a GREAT deal. I prefer this bag for a purse rather than a tote bag because of its shape - it is narrower at the top. If you like Vera Bradley bags, this is an excellent choice.

First under the item description it said it would be "carefully wrapped in tissue"-mine WASN'T...(in a dry cleaner's plastic bag!)and insufficient-NO packaging. Then after closely examining the tote I did not see the normal Vera Bradley logo on the print of the cloth. There is only a sewn-in tag on the inside. I have purchased previous bags from other vendors as well as the Vera Bradley online store and they all have the logo on the cloth. I guess I got what I paid for because I thought I was getting a great deal on an authentic Vera Bradley bag. Because of the cost and the charge to ship it back to the seller it is best to keep it. I guess I will be the only one to know it is a fake.

I bought this tote to use as a carry all/diaper bag. I hate the look of diaper bags, but love totes. This is my first Vera and I am sure there will be many more to come. I gave it four stars because I bought it for $46.50 and three days later it's down to $37.

As a fan of Vera Bradley handbags, I just about have all of the styles. The curvy tote, however, is by far one of my favorites. First of all it is a tote -- LOTS of things can go in this bag and with the three inner pockets, the items in this bag are organized. The front pocket easily holds keys or any other item you need to grab quickly.
The Java Blue color is definately beautiful and I love using this bag when I wear brown.
Machine washable on gentle, the curvy tote holds up to many uses and keeps it's shape.
This curvy tote is big enough to hold a 15' laptop as well.

I ordered the curvy tote in Mesa Red, and I love it. I fits my 12in laptop perfectly (would fit laptops a bit bigger also). I can carry my laptop, a large book, or a couple smaller books, and a few essentials. It does have organizer pockets inside. They are useful, but the sizes are a little odd-- zipper pocket bottomless, accessible pockets a little small. It appears to of good quality construction. I feel like as an adult student I have a bag for school that is stylist and sophisticated.
