 Pricey Purse Aug 20, 2009
I splurged on this leather purse because the last bag I bought from Stone Mountain elsewhere was the best ever. Too bad it got lost in a move. This purse, however, quickly morphs into nothing but a fancy leather sack with no shape to it. You know what happens to your stuff - it all piles up in a disorganized mess at the bottom of the bag and I end up digging frantically for what I need, knowing full well it is likely at the bottom of the pile. The strap could have been just a bit longer to allow me the elbow room to accomplish the above mentioned digging. If you must live out of your puse as I do, look elsewhere and save your money.

This really is a very nice bag: soft leather, roomy, well constructed, secure top zipper - everything that I hoped it would be. I would never have found it at a "brick and mortar" store, for the price or availability. The only bad thing about it was the description only indicated "Made in China," and I had to go out to another web site to get the dimensions and better detail. The other web site confirmed this was a great price, though.

This is a really nice bag. The color is a good shade of brown, the leather is very soft and it is good size (not too big and not too small). I also bought it in black; the texture of the leather in black is a little too pebbly for my tastes, but I still like it. I also bought the hobo style of these bags in black and espresso, for when I want to use a slightly smaller bag. All the styles I bought have three small inside pockets for a cell phone, etc., an outside zip pocket, a strap which adjusts to 5 different lengths and a convenient detachable snap key chain tab near the inside zip pocket so I can find my house keys easily. To make it even better, at the time of my purchases, Amazon had these bags on sale at a price that was at least $10.00 to $20.00 less than at other websites. All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase.
