The Un-clutch Jan 07, 2008
I ordered this product on Dec. 5th and paid around $9 for a two day delivery. I get an email on Dec. 8th telling me that this item is out of stock and will be delivered on Dec. 12th. On Dec. 11th, since the item has not been shipped yet I made a call to see what was happening. They then changed the shipping date to FEBRUARY 13th. OK, it was a gift for my Mom whose birthday is around that time, I elected to wait for the item. Low and behold they shipped it on Dec. 13th. It was not the correct item. It was a silver clutch without a chain. I sent it back (and got a refund), and then they told me that I could not have the item anymore because it was out of stock. I truly think they packaged the wrong item and sent it to me to get out of this obligation. I am unsure how an item that was in stock, became out of stock without sending it. When I complained I got the same email back twice, as if they did not even read it. Now they send me an email to rate this item.
