I love the purse but I have had it less than one month and the inside zipper is broken, I only opened it one time and on the second time the zipper separated, now it wont open or close.
I would like the purse replaced.

I bought this handbag to take on vacation. The crossbody option was wonderful. It is thin so it's not bulky at all. However, it can hold probably more than my old "bulky" purse did. It is also stylish enough that my teenage daughter constantly wants to borrow it. We purchased the cognac because we thought the floral pattern was more detailed but it was an extremely tough decision. I would highly recommend.
