I received this promptly from Amazon, used it for a couple of months and then one of the fasteners that holds the straps fell off. There was no way to fix this. I am very disappointed with the way this product did not hold up, it's a high end product and I have purchased other high end products that offered repair or replacement services, but never had to use this. B Makowsky doesn't offer that, although Amazon did state they would replace it, however, they no longer have it in stock, so they gave me a partital refund. I am not aware of why it's a partial refund. It's not like this was my fault that the bag is inferior.
